What a douche bag that priest is. Why don't you blame your precious God, ahole? Because there is such a thing as "free will," and according to that, God does not generally intervene in human affairs. If one prays to him for positive results, not negative ones, then good things occur. Or something. Hence, there is much misery in the world. Not saying I believe that, but it's likely what he'd argue.
