Have you ever seen maps of these tea party districts. Gerrymandering is more than just out of control. They are now a big joke.

I have no idea what the folks back in the districts believe. I'm not talking about that. However, their reps, the tea party type reps, are not working to reduce the deficits/debt. If they were, they would take deals which did precisely that. Some mix of revenue enhancement and spending cuts. Whatever.

They, however, don't vote for that. They vote only for measures that include no tax increases. None. Zero. Zip. They are clearly trying to use the deficit/debt crisis to reduce the size of government. If they think that's done by increasing the deficit/debt which is what there policies do, then they are genuinely dumb dupes.
