Nice elements. The picture creates a mood of Isolation without being forlorn; the 3 silhouettes, a man you can't tell if he is walking toward you or away from you, a standing gull facing away from the man and a flying gull whose direction is also unknown, like the man's; along with the few, small, strips of clouds hovering in the dark orange sky over a still-sleeping town. Crop an inch or so off the top IMO, it would be suitable for framing.
