DFNL Press Release !! MERGER COMPLETED !! THEY JUST REDUCED OUTSTANDING SHARES by close to 30% !! Total Outstanding Shares: 4.5 million Current Assets: 13.5 million with current ratio of 2.65 (taken form their June 30, 1997 10Q) Although DFNL is an OTC-BB Stock, they ARE a REPORTING company. DFNL is trading for about .40 cents. This could really be a deal.
