Sorry for the "off-topic", but can anyone tell me which is the best stock scanning software for the buck?

The last thing the markets REALLY want it a real solution to our debt issues. Because that would mean reduced corporate profits, reduced government spending, reduced personal spending because we are no longer getting free(printed) money from our government. Have you ever known anybody who underwent real financial belt tightening and was thrilled about doing it? Living within our collective means is going to be a hardship for many years and that is not market friendly. It will be good in the LONG run. And I emphasize LONG run. The short run will be very market unfriendly.
