Wall Street to open flat to off, techs under gun NEW YORK, Dec 3 (Reuters) - Wall Street stocks were due to trade flat to lower at the open on Wednesday, with the technology sector facing renewed pressure after another high-profile earnings warning, analysts said. "I am looking for a flat opening with perhaps some more bashing of the technology stocks because of 3Com Corp (COMS.O)," said Peter Cardillo, director of research at Westfalia Investments. "The market is going to try and consolidate around these levels and will be a little bit nervous as we approach Friday's employment data." o~~~ O
