Glad you liked the movie and concur with your excellent analysis.

I seldom recommend a movie to anyone, but unlike the VN movies, Lincoln touched my soul.

The American Civil War was a critical juncture in history. Had Lincoln not succeeded, the 20th century would have been much different considering the role that the US played.
