I haven't looked at the 5-year chart in a while, but it certainly shows a textbook example of a company advancing up the traditional life cycle that econo 101 profs like to talk about. Notice the transition around early 1995 from a trading range at low volume to consistantly increasing volume, accompanied by "higher highs" and "higher lows". While the "teens" range could continue for a few more months, the relentless trend is to higher ground and higher volume. That's why I've found it too risky to play the old 17/11/17 game (approximately) that I used to trade on until early '97. I've become convinced that, whether it's this month, Spring or Summer, this company is going to move to the next tier. Based on their growth in fundamentals, I'd be surprised if that process was as late as next summer.

Cheryl,

I only know about LLY's halting their collaboration with SMTG, on the work for a blood substitute. Are there others as well ?
