Sign up for the 45 day guest membership, that is what I have. I have tried in the regular membership (posted my KSB.DE idea) to no avail, but the guest membership let's you look at older posts. I do wonder what the VIC website model is, they obviously are not looking for much traffic, since they restrict the membership. Also, KSB.DE, which is pretty low volume stock, started to move right after I submitted my pick, maybe coincidental, maybe not. Based on the way the post are written, I think many members are investment professionals. It's not a bad to look for ideas, even if one has only a guest membership and cannot post.
