As long as you have right input in your TV and for VCR that will be your Video, AudioR, AudioL, you can hook it up.. I have a 52" 1080p Samsung .. No problem or issues to do this.. All one has to do watch your video is make sure that your TV is displaying the correct input source when you turn on your VCR.. It is not brain surgery..
