I assume it means all the Evernote data on all your computers and phones that have it. This is what it does when it syncs. I have used it for about a year on iPad, Android, XP and Win 7. The only problems are that sometime IOS gets updates first and creates a note that my Kindle Fire doesn't handle properly. I use it mostly for To Do lists and grocery lists so that whenever I think of something I can put it in the note on whatever machine is closest. Then I take the Fire with me when I go shopping.
