Another busy day for the ol goat.
The courthouse is becoming one of my least favorite places to visit--
There is a good reason for real estate to be illiquid.
Large hassle to dispose of, or foreclose on.
And I know what I'm doing---had a broker license for 30 years........

Kevin --- I'm guessing I did not get my covered calls written yesterday and I was willing to take the bid. Go Figure. The "bid" must have changed while my order was getting to the floor.

The chart does not look the same this morning. I'll probably wait and see what happens for awhile before I decide. I'll post if I make the call to my broker, okay?
