I guess if I were viewing it from the Company's side, I'd be leery about releasing news at all, under the rule of "No good deed ever goes unpunished", which happens to be my 2nd most favorite quote. BTW, ever since El Reno and the Justice Dept lawyers descended upon Microsoft AND since Sun sued Microsoft, Microsoft stock has risen nearly 10 %. Go figure. TraderGreg
