Keep in mind that the guy who said the employees smoke like chimneys also said he'd been inside the buildings of the facility and the inside of the facility doesn't look as modern or sophisticated (my interpretation) as the photos on the website show it to be. This statement is probably questionable at its best and certainly narrows down the cast of characters that would be allowed in there without permission or escort. All this and yet an exact location of the signage is yet to be determined.

Assuming that IF management is still attempting to gain SEC approval, then such an event should reported via 8-K..

Not saying that it will be, but if not, then just figure this company is "cooked".. Game Over... There should be at least that much concern for the informational needs of the shareholders to require and 8-k..

IF the employees were violating safety rules, it's still the requirement of the foreman, reportable to management, to enforce those rules.

Intentional violation of posted rules and regulations are obviously grounds for termination and a defense against any liability for injuries incurred.
