Quite possibly --- so that is a good guess --- but one can't be sure until a trained ear hears him speak or sing. Then again, going by Wiki, he could belong to the Vaishya class, given his merchant-trading motivation and personality, trained by his forefathers in Guntakal. With his understanding of malfeasance and corruption I'll wager he is an expert on Manu-smrti and the dharmashastras, among other things taught in Guntakal. :)

Not Nederlands, UK, Ireland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Switzerland, Romania, Bulgaria, Yugoslavia. Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Czech, Slovakia, East Germany most likely.
