Eddie, This article implies that IOM spent less on wages since July and hopefully we see more profit for the 4th quarter. My guess for the announcement of the 12 million Zip sold is Jan 10/98. PS to Fido, I have cold hands and a warm heart and I wish that IOM was my only investment. Hope some of my Bow Wow's will recover. SR

Ee Jay Ell Jr, Thanks for the update on the Asian monetary boon for IOM... should help the bottom line at least for a while. Did you get your letter off to Barron's? Not too much to say about todays action, 'cept better luck tomorrow. I have been over to the Motley Fool IOM message board and must say that except for the regular TMF Fools, the quality of the avg. posts over there leaves something to be desired. SI has A REAL QUALITY GROUP and good quality input (for the most part). Here's to a better day on Thurs. and Fri. Eddie, start buying up other paper routes so you can become a monopoly in your area and so you can buy more IOM! Best regards, Mel
