Yes, even the President and his cronies also have an obsession with guns and violence -- drones and torture and illegal search and arrest. It is the American dream gone bad. It is ok to kill "bad guys". It is ok to torture "bad guys". The law is worth little -- just an impediment to the orgy of killing. But the orgy of killing does not justify itself. You must start somewhere -- you must take a stand. You can start by saying that the little children who go to school each morning should not need to ask if a lunatic with military weapons will be visiting their class to blast them in the face with bullets that will rip them into little meat shreds.
