Actually, Nanny, you are the one that's being misleading. You state that the Oxley group continues to hold a significant block. The fact is that the recent 13D filed by the Oxley group states a 4.9% position in Presstek, which eliminates the need for the group to report any subsequent sales. Thus, unless you have had the chance to speak with an Oxley representative recently (and you have made it abundantly clear that you do not know anyone in that group personally), you would have no evidence as to how much Presstek stock the Oxley group still controls. The only thing that can be stated as fact is that the Oxley group has not increased its position, as that would necessitate a new 13D filing because the position would once again be brought above the 5% level.
