>>Doug - when you get a chance. What's your opinion of GECM?

Fundamentals seem solid, long term prospects are wonderful. Can't say much on the T/A side, except that everytime it gets above 14, it falls back after a few days.<<

Mark,
Cant speak of the TA side, but fundamentally I like the company a lot medium to long term. However, I closed out my position last week after learning of 4 insiders dropping about 25% of their holdings, including the VP and President. This Quarters earnings may be somewhat below expectations do to the charge assosciated with their recent acquisition. That is the only reason I could find that that many insiders would sell so many shares. However, I will watch it and since its already dropped a point from where I sold it.. if that trend continues I will most likely buy back sometime after this Q's earnings. The acquisition they just made looks like it will really help the top and bottom lines in the upcoming year.. but as said above perhaps hurt the next Q EPS. On the positive side, according to IBD the # of mutual funds owning GECM has risen from 6 to 10 in the past month. But they can afford to be longer term investors =)
Good luck .

Mark
