Slowmo -- Upton Sinclair once wrote; “It is difficult to get a man to understand something, when his salary depends upon his not understanding it!” None of these professional lifer politicians on both sides of the same isle make a lick of sense when you get right down to it -- not the Dems, not the Pubs, none of them. They're hired and paid to maintain dissension in the ranks and keep this country from ever agreeing on anything. A truly educated and united citizenry would be an absolute catastrophic threat to the shadowy power elite who run this show. Only when you take that into consideration does any of this insanity start to make sense... why would we have such vitriolic, absolutely idiotic elected officials blathering all this nonsensical gibberish if it weren't absolutely, positively meant to keep us busy rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic so we won't stop to realize our boat is sinking?
