Dungies are wonderful crabs, I was just kidding and we have a ton of them thank goodenss. We can get them at the docks in the summer for $5. They are all over the place in real shallow water. At low tide we can scoop them up.

I have mentioned before there is a sub species that lives in Tenakee Springs that is double the size of normal dungies. They used to have a cannery there for them. They are 10/12 inches across and go up to 5lbs I think. I have had them as I had a friend who use to live in Tenakee and I would go down and visit.
