OneNote has an Android app. You sign in through WindowsLive and it syncs to your PC's like dropbox so it's useful taking simple notes on your phone and getting them to your PC even if you don't have dropbox or don't use Google Drive or some other sync service.

However, if you have a sync backup service, I don't see a lot of use to OneNote or the other programs like Evernote over just using Word and sync over the cloud. For Android, one has to use Word to Go or quick office apps, but they are pretty decent.

IFor a long time, I've used Word but if I hadn't I suppose I'd default to OneNote or EverNote or something like that.
