If I were betting right now, I would bet that Boehner keeps the speakership. I've read a bit of right wing stuff this morning and the take away I get from it is that there is enough dissatisfaction to deny Boehner the speakership, even in the new House. But no one wants to be the person who tries to put the broken pot together. Particularly to stitching back in to the fold Boehner's loyalists who will be pissed, very pissed, if Boehner loses the speakership to, say, Cantor.

So my guess is Boehner keeps it.

Also the structural changes in the House slightly improve the chances of the Dems. I don't recall exactly how the tea party/moderate/whatever breakdown within the Rep caucus changes.
