Perhaps that's what Obama means when he says he's not playing that game again? After Obamacare, the Robert's vote on such an issue is a question mark, and one vote turns the entire court.

Boy, that will take balls. Prolly means announcing he will veto any hostage bill, and then hope that the Dems will sustain it, while the market breaks zero and we are being downgraded to C--.
I'll write him in next primary, if he does that.
