I've always felt Obama needs to get over knowing constitutional law. Bush didn't know squat, got John Yoo to say yes, then did what he wanted to do, and was ruled against by the Supreme's when it was way too late to reverse the action.


How does one undo a core element of oneself? It's precisely because Obama ISN'T Bush that what you suggest isn't going to happen.
