Actually I called the company and IR said that major officers ARE stockholders. (ie. post #246 is not true). They will call me back with more info tomorrow and I will post it. Saul

Skane: I just got home with the fax you sent. I have not read it yet. Thank you. I called Susan at IR today. She is very optimistic about the future and the very near future. She is very excited and anxious to have the announcement made for the financing. (She is confident that it will be finalized very soon. She didn't want to say, but I picked up that it is pretty much a done deal. I asked her about more delution and she stated that they are trying to not dulute the shares outstanding. I asked her if any of the patience that went through this procedure became investors. Her comments with a laugh were absolutely. She is excited about Nasdaq listing and stated that they need to hold 4.00 bid for 30 days. She stated they have applied to the Nasdaq to see if they can become listed based on 30 days non-consecutive. She said they are waiting to hear. This is what I learned. I found Susan to be very through and sincere. She didn't strike me as a "flash bang cool" type of person. She struck me as honest, very optimistic, and professionial discreet in areas she can't speak about yet. I am glad I am an investor and plan to add some more. M. Solum

insidertrader.com I don't know what your source shows, but I find 12 144's filed in Sept, Dec 1996; May, Jun, Jul, Aug, Sep, Oct 1997. I only searched the symbol...didn't have time to see WHO was doing all that registering to sell.
