TED--

I trust you and the other FBN executives have seen:

The Board of Directors of INTERNATIONAL VERONEX RESOURCES LTD. (OTC BULLETIN BOARD: IVXR - news) today announced that it has unanimously
decided to change the company's name to Veronex Technologies, Inc. (''Veronex''). The Company's Nasdaq stock symbol on the Over-The-Counter electronic bulletin board has changed to VXTK effective December 4, 1997.

The name change reflects the company's successful transition to the computer software industry...

The Company also changed the name of its fully integrated business application engineering and re-engineering automated information management system toolset to I/NOVA. The newly named I/NOVA includes the proprietary DataCentric Analyzer, for which Veronex filed a patent application earlier this year.

''With the experienced management and strong financial support in place, Veronex Technologies is ready to secure a leadership position in the year 2000 solution marketplace and establish our I/NOVA software development suite as the software of choice for repairing, engineering and reengineering business applications,'' said David A. Hite, chairman and chief executive officer. ''The name change symbolizes that we are now in a position to realize our strong growth potential.''

Now. Since we haven't yet got that IPO out of the way FBN can't change its symbol, but how about a little inspirational prose? Today's Veronex press release is a work of art: emulate it.

And: MrB--I'm much impressed by the new FBN headquarters building; room for all of us, and to spare. I should think the view from the pinnacle is spectacular, and am sure TED will welcome us all in Sedona in the very near future.
