The unions are probably afraid that the folks on assistance could produce the same output at 20-30% of the cost......you know they can't stand competition.

Essentially the solar panels produced would be produce at zero cost. Essentially they could be given away at no cost. It would really lower energy costs and lower our dependence on fossil fuels. The US could cover the globe with solar panels.

They are not forced to work. Unemployed will be offered jobs at supreme leader's solar panel companies instead of just given years of benefits. The goal will be to replace every rooftop in the world with supreme leader solar panels at a nominal cost. Or maybe even free.
