Err, well yeah I see your point :-/ 2 other things. First, apparently QDEK only recieved 5M for the Global Chat product (how much did they PAY for it?? Im sure more than 5M), anyway if this quarter were going well I wonder what the incentive would be to unload this for such a small amount of $$$? It could be nothing, but this low price is somewhat disturbing to me. Also, can Realhelp be used as an enterprise automatic diagnostic tool? Seems like it could have that potential. There are companies that do this in the unix arena, say when a system is about to crash they page someone, etc (ok an oversimplification, these things are quite complex as I understand it). Anyway QDEK could position realhelp as a tool like this and sell into the NT enterprise space where this is needed. Dell has cut a number of deals with vendors of remote mgmt sw etc. to help NT 'grow up' as a real enterprise OS. The thing is, some NT installations have so many NT servers you need some kind of automatic diagnostic features otherwise theres no way the sysops can tell whats going on. Michelle

Dwight, the new products are advertised but there is no general release announcement. Is it one big announcement for maximal impact do you think?
