Hi 2MAR$, Intc has a history of expanding its product offerings with in the PC. Infinband has been around quite a while. Seems very important for the server aspect - a stronghold for Intc. Ussually intc will make a design change that utilizes their unique design and not charge more for it but rather require it. This how they literally took over the low end of graphic processors. The went slowly from none to the largest (not the high end however). I suspect intc can move innto the market that mlnx serves with out having to pay a premium over a 2 billion cap company. Just my uninformed view. Bob
