when I first started doing contract work for the gov one place the nat gallery of art had about 15 guards all white, 25 years later they had over 300 guards all black and 2-3 paintings were stolen each week, you never heard about all our stolen paintings. It's just workfare, go to the Nat Gallery and you will see the guards asleep. It's the same thing in the other 50 gov. buildings I worked at. try to call the gov and ask a question if you are a business. Rat has never had to deal with the gov.
