Being long SPY has not been a bad move the past few years...

SPY Adjusted For Dividends At Record High While ECRI's WLI Falls

I ended up ranked in the top 10 one-year (pg 2) and long term (pg 6) timers lists in the Jan 2, 2013 Timer Digest. I'll send you a copy. I'd post a copy of the lists, but I was asked to not post the list as that is something TD charges for... Interesting to me is the timer of the year for 2012 didn't make the top ten long-term timer list.

FED's Bullard came out and said that policy would be directed by economy, not the calendar. My guess he is trying to downplay the FED minutes from yesterday suggesting the FED would stop easing this year.

I think the FED planted the comments about the end of QE to be revealed after the Cliff debate was over to see what kind of reaction it would generate.
