Sector, you are a great observer of the obvious. Of course it means and hold. The only people that lost money in the '87 crash were the ones that sold. I have a client who sold all his MRVC at 23.875. So far...he's been wrong. As far as the market, this is about as close to capitulation as you can get. The word from the floor is that they're seeing the bottom and the good fund managers are bottome picking. The only risk is high tech fund redemptions. We'll know about that soon.
