Seems to me for anybody that suspects or just beginning to have problems with DoJ to pay for the Defense up-front so the money are the revenue and assets of the preferred legal team. That way the DoJ can't seize the assets and the Defense is paid for in advance. I'm sure lawyers would love to be paid up front. Buger would have had a real problem doing it. Conrad Black should have had more liquid assets to use. Maybe we all need a plan for having legal fees paid in advance. Thanks for sharing that was an interesting read.
