>>>, just for your info the position you purchased is undervalued based on my analysis by a good point.. ~whew~ Which means to me that puts are likely overvalued.. And leverage is 5% gain per point.. I hope you make out well...<<<

Thanks for the info.
Looking at my price vs. the theorectical price (now that I'm already in), I see that my price is far below the theo price.
Are you using delta for the leverage per point? I come up with a similar figure...6.25% per point.

>>>Did you have any luck with finding another index?<<<
XMI Index...it's designed to mock the Dow's movement without having the exact basket as the Dow. There's some activity in the optiosn too. Futures also available. One possible downside...only 20 stocks. Let me know if this is a problem. I'll try again.

Hi Electric --- Options Calculator ---

I was looking at an Options Calculator last night and it looked to me like the DELL Dec 90 were undervalued at 3 5/8. That's what I was trying to write some covered calls for yesterday afternoon.

Could you check on those and tell me what you get as the "fair value"? I think last night I was getting something like 4.3725 ????? My memory fails me again.

oh, well.
