A medical device is an instrument, apparatus, implant, in vitro reagent, or similar or related article that is used to diagnose, prevent, or treat disease or other conditions, and does not achieve its purposes through chemical action within or on the body (which would make it a medicine).

Let's think about what this includes. Let's get to the bottom of this in English by removing the confusing extra words.

A medical device is any article (means anything manufactured that isn't a liquid or semi solid) that is used for any human condition that doesn't rely on a chemical reaction.

That literally means every hard substance you come in contact with that costs money. A dildo or vibrator is a medical device. A comb or hairbrush is a medical device. A television set is a medical device because it could show videos for a human condition of any sort. All sports equipment are medical devices, weights, home gyms, treadmills, jump ropes, baseball bats, footballs, sneakers.....

These assholes are going down.
