I agree with you that no one wants to tell the truth .. because of course, th truth will indict someone or several someones, for not doing their duty. The media is a very active participant in helping cover up the truth. But I'm not sure who you mean when you say you don't think anyone wants to hear the truth. I know I would love to learn the truth. But if you mean no one in DC/government wants to know the truth, I might well be inclined to agree. It is easier and more convenient (and arguably more beneficial) for all to be able to whine and complain about not being able to get the truth, than it is to actually get the truth.
