After you download the patch, the pop up box asks you to unzip the file. Just click on it. Then it will ask you were do you want to install the patch. Click on the drop down menu. Find your "C" drive and then program files. Open up the program files and there is "Quotetracker". Click Quotetracker and then click for the patch files to go to that program. Click, and it takes about 1 second.
