No one's more for cutting military expenditures more than me, but I think that might be too abrupt. The amount our economy depends on those military expenditures and industries is hard to find. I've looked, but had no success. I imagine the percentage of our total GDP would be alarming and shameful if revealed.
I think the pols probably know this, from both parties.
