Carolyn, thinly traded is the answer. One or two medium sized blocks moves this stock (up or down) a lot. That was the case this morning. One 8 11/16 block was sold it looked like to me (without access to a Level II machine). As undervalued as both QUST and QUSTP are Im uneasy at how weak it was Monday and Tuesday. It just couldnt bust past 9 3/4. (resistance?) Love the stock long term, but reduced my position until this puppy shows some strength (switched some to APCO grin) Good luck. Mark
