Return on CDs for Seniors is also a tragedy.
I'm nearing retirement, and my older friends'
income was really cut by the 0% int. rates.

Some live solely on Soc. Sec. now, because
their $100K CD that once paid $300/mo. now
pays 30¢ per month.
