It truly did go off balance sheet,
You can find it in "Supplemental information
on mortgage based securities held outright"
The increases in balance sheet data are NOT
commensurate with current level of printing.
This can be seen on the chart "monetary base"
in thread head - despite now very rapid printing
at a pace 85 billion a month, or 1 trillion a year,
the base did not change much since September.

In other words, be VERY afraid.
