Perceptions of inflation once set from a longer term contiuance are tough to kill. I remeber Volker and 18% CD's - when I had a lot of real estate and very little money.LOL What else is new. I'm still not big on more real estate as I think local governments will tax the heck out of all of it. BWDIK Bob I guess its time to sell everything and build a bunker on 40 acres. Buy some bee hives and sell honey for cash only - barter for eggs.
