Interesting can the bottom line at the 19.5 area also
be showing a triple bottom?

I believe that is what that chart is illustrating.

If you look back at my earlier chart you will see a triple top formed on pink vertical lines 1, 2 and 3 counting left two right. A much larger sell off then happened followed by a recovery.

My guess as to what you may be seeing is a random short term top or could only be top one of three, two of which have not yet materialized.
