Think about this for those indices with dead options: could they be dead for a reason? Why don't institutions touch them? The Big Boys seems to stick with the SPX & OEX (based on what I have seen with trades over $1 million). I kinda like to play where the Big Boys play. Always did the same with stocks too. You would never see me considering a trade on some no-name $7 stock that trades 200,00 shares per day. Just my taste.
