My recomendation on NE at a close of 32.5 is due to a close above the fifty day moving average. The OSX has moved into the upper portion of the bollinger band. Sentiment appears to have returned. While I doubt this is the leg to new highs, I don't think you'll see the previous lows, which makes it a game now of "do I buy hear or is here going to be achieved on a pullback before the highs are taken out."
I think at least. I'm not a T/A though.

Steve, this is what I understand..stock driven down to improve suppy situation..spoke to IR at UFAB said not many shares out there, I think 2 million float thats why stock drop from 43.87 to 18, a much larger mover than the others...but apparently MM having a hard time maintaing a stable upward movement. IR person at UFAB said their fundamentals remain extreamely strong.
