The only winners are the lawyers of both sides. But this shall serve as a lesson for ME (Mory Ejabat and Company) that the shareholders are not silent lambs. Watch out 3Com is next.

He took my name and address and is sending we something in the mail that I need to fill out to be sure to be part of the class action. I bought in August and September. I only have two hundred shares left, but I may as well get what I can, but it will probably be more of an educational experience than a financially lucrative one, I would guess.
