Mohan, thanks for the Greenspan link.

How lucky we are with Greenspan as Fed chairman! He always keep his eyes on the big picture and constantly keep looking out for new threats to the economy such as this bank meger frenzy mentioned in this article.

By the way, with short term interest rate at 5.5%, it is almost impossible for long bond drop below 6%.
