China has many state owned companies. Even Buffett invested in them.

China is good, US is bad, that's the new montra comrade.

No. I didn't say that at all. I'd like to see it broken up into smaller entities, and for better limits to be placed on the kinds of bets that companies like AIG can place (because that's really what they, and most of our financial system does).
