Yes, and I still maintain that they are the problem. This doesn't mean that I think that lawbreakers should get away with it, whichever side of the deal they are on.

Again, the law makers are the ones who have set up a system that is at its core, corrupt. As part of this, they have made it so that behavior that you and I consider corrupt is still legal. If it is legal, you cannot punish for it, no matter how distasteful you find the behavior.

so since the lawmakers have created this corrupt system, they are the problem. Where laws are being broken, punish them all. But unless you get to the root of the problem, the benefits from acting in ways that you and I think is wrong, will outweigh the liabilities of being exposed.

I hope that you understand my position now, because this is getting a bit tedious.
